- Key Notes on Verifying Certifications
• WaterSense and WELS both have public online databases — you can verify the certificate number and expiry date on the official website after receiving documents from the supplier.
• CE marking for sanitary ware falls under CPR (Construction Products Regulation) and must be issued by a Notified Body — a self-declaration CE is not accepted in EU markets.
• NSF/ANSI 61 must be tested by NSF or its authorized laboratories — a factory’s own in-house test report does not constitute certification.

How we control the quality?

We have a young and skilled team of inspectors who are familiar with the quality control standards and certifications of different countries. As always, Seletti want to ensure that every sanitary ware you receive is 100% of excellent quality and meet certification requirements.
Full Inspection
When the production is finished, our manufacturer will carry out a full inspection of the products firstly.
AQL Inspection
When inspecting an order, we are used AQL as a guideline. Normally we are based on level Ⅱ sampling, to decide if the lots is accepted or rejected. You can take into account the level of the defect for AQL levels.
Pre-Packaging Inspection
The Seletti QC team in factory will double check before packing, only when the products are pass the factory inspection and Seletti AQL standard.
Loading Supervision
Seletti team will have a final inspection when loading, to make sure the items, quantity and package are in conformance with the order.
